Yo London Yo Sushi is taking over

I'm sure your life dream has been to feel as though you are a member of the Jetson's family eating sushi at your local Japanese space restaurant. Well if this is an accurate description of your life then you have to make it over to one of the many Yo Sushi's around the world.  This chain has taken over London, along with many other countries, including multiple locations in the US. You feel like you’re in a futuristic restaurant with your food rotating on a conveyor belt in different colored pods. You can grab whatever your heart desires you just pay by the color/number of your plates at the end. Just about anything goes around you, including the typical tuna and salmon in every form. There are spicy rock shrimp tempura that is TO DIE FOR and a never-ending stream of edamame. There are some more eclectic options like fried salmon skin sushi rolls, which Eric decided to venture into without knowing. That wasn't our favorite bite, but we both couldn't get enough of the shrimp and the different fried dumplings.

there USA website is much more appetizing--- http://www.yosushiusa.com

The Japanese settled in London really began to take root in the late 19th century as students and professionals began to immigrate with their servants. During WWII others made the move to London but the biggest immigration was in 1960 for the business and economic gain. But since then the number has drastically increased, especially for businessmen and college students. There are currently over 100,000 British Japanese in London along with more on the outskirts of the city. Since the 2001 census there are 37,535 Japanese born people while living in London and many more since then.

With them they brought the traditional Japanese food culture, and an abundance of very popular sushi shops including Itsu a store/cafe where you can get really healthy sushi option. There theme being "eat beautiful" and everything looking like a picture in Shape Magazine for "diet of the month." There is also Hare & Tortoise, which has a never-ending line out the door and is on my list of places to check out ASAP. My suitemates are obsessed.
