White Bean Rosemary Dip
This is a go-to app or dip for any party! SO easy to make but taste awesome on bread or with veggies. You can use fresh dried beans or canned, either tastes great!
Ingredients:
1 can (15-oz) cannelloni beans/ 15 oz of dried cannelloni beans soaked in water for 24 hours
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
⅛-1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (i personally skip this in my personal batches, but my friends love it)
2 Tbsp. water
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix all of this together in a food processor, adding olive oil until it creates a creamy but thick paste. Spread on toast for a delicious app, and sprinkle some whole, chopped cannelloni beans on top, along with some sprigs of rosemary.
