Suki Zuki
If you make it out to my hometown of Southampton, NY you have to stop at Suki Zuki. Although this place is most certainly not a secret anymore, it is worth the wait. Set in the small but adorable town of Watermill, they have the best medium priced sushi in the Hamptons. Everything is fresh, and there are some must need items on the menu. Everyones favorite starter is the chicken teriyaki salad. The dressing is still a mystery but I know many who would pay anything to find out. You should follow that up with the miso cod or the steamed dumplings, both are delicious little bites. But the best part of Suki is their tuna sandwich. This isn't your typical mayo filled wonder bread sandwich you traded in the cafeteria, it's Suki's take on a sushi roll with spicy tuna, scallions and little fish eggs inside perfectly cooked rice. It is SO good, personally I have them add avocado and it makes it even better.
